Dance in the Rain

Well, these past 7 months has taught me a lot about life. First, took a big decision to leave my previous job as a banker, I left my “manager” title, monthly income, and my certificate degree on that bank. Second, faced the life – after – leave – the – comfort – zone it self!

I jumped my self to be an entrepreneur and face the reality that life is not as good as it is before. I tried so many things to make money (cause I don’t get any from my parents after graduated from university) but it’s not really a life I ever imagined before. Doing self – business is not as easy as you read in every entrepreneurship’s book.

I realize that the worst enemy in doing a business is my self. I fight with laziness every single day and keep cheering my self for the trial and error business. I cry a lot just because I don’t know what to do with the next step or just because I find my self isn’t making any progress. But, Hey! Looking back into my journey last year, people surrounds me said that I improve a lot and I know that even though I didn’t make any major changes but I’m moving forward.

Focus is the only thing I need to get me closer to my goal. I am rejecting every single thing that brings me down. Alhamdulilah, after self reflection, I came up with new ideas and endless to - do – list, and gotta run faster than last year to reach my goals.

If you feel what I feel, please remember this inspirational song from christina aguilera:

“Life is a journey, it can takes you anywhere you choose to go
As long as You’re learning, you’ll find all you’ll ever need to know..
You’ll make it!! You’ll make it!!
Just don’t go forsaking yourself
No one can stop you!!”

Life is full of uncertainty though, but I’m gonna make it worth. Just remember, “without strugle, there is no progress”. So, which one do you prefer, waiting for the storm to pass or learning to dance in the rain?
Mine? I prefer to dance in the rain....
